Sales Manager Eastern Europe (A Veralto Company)
Current• Manage direct and indirect business within Eastern Europe - Software Point and Enterprise Solutions (subscription, perpetual, SaaS) and Hardware for PackagingIndustry.• Develop and implement sales plans to expand customer base.• Maintain and update sales forecast, weekly and monthly.• Channel management.• Care Key Accounts.• Manage sales and pre-sales employees and counseled employees based ontheir professional growth and productivity.• Monitoring the performance of sales team members and working to increase their morale and motivation.• Recruit and Develop Partners to be autonomous selling Esko Solutions in the assigned territory.• Drive the Go To Market transformation to achieve the Mid Term Growth Plan.• Engage in key opportunities with the Partners and team members providing segment and product expertise and support.• Identify key customers to address them through an adapted strategic sales plans.• Support Partners and team members in managing sales and technical capacity and accurate skills.• Follow up on the business plan and review Partner commitment on a regularly fixed meetings.• Coach Partners and team members through Esko Sales Cycle from demand creation, identifying needs to closing.• Support Partner in co-marketing activities, motivate all kind of marketing activities needed to build appropriate pipeline aligned with the defined sales initiatives.• Manage Esko Partners contract (negotiation & closing), accreditation and renewal validation.
