I have a wide array of experience spearheading evidence-based practices within communication, education, and strategic research both in private consulting and in public education. I currently work as a consultant with Censeo Consulting Group, an award winning business management consulting firm based in Washington, DC. I work directly with the General Services Administration (GSA) to support the Office of Enterprise Outreach, within the IT Category (ITC), by providing strategic communications, change management, and and messaging training for all 600+ ITC employees. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in History and a B.A. in English Language Arts, with a secondary education certification through Texas Education Agency (TEA). Up until 2021, I worked as a public educator in Frisco, TX, both as a district-wide curriculum design and as an English Language Arts (ELA) classroom teacher. Before joining the Censeo team in 2022, I worked as a research analyst for a consulting firm that served institutions of higher education. Within that position, I supported a multitude of small and midsize universities and colleges by researching and tracking grant programs across a variety of federal agencies, building internal intelligence through grants analyses, and creating presentations and overview documents to assist universities in developing a sustainable grant-seeking culture on their campus.
