Instagram: manna_satuli_lkvOlen myynyt lukuisia arvoasuntoja pääkaupunkiseudulla ja esimerkiksi vuoden 2020-2022 hintaseurantatilaston mukaan tehnyt lähes 40% kaikista yli 3 meurin asuntokaupoista koko Suomessa.Olen Hankenin KTM ja sen lisäksi olen suorittanut CEFAn ja LKVn ja opiskellut sisustussuunnitelijaksi. Ennen kiinteistönvälittäjäksi siirtymistä työskentelin ammattisijoittajien kanssa sekä varainhoitajana että pankin treasuryssä. Vuonna 1998 minut nostettiin Talouselämä-lehdessä Suomen parhaaksi korkodiileriksi kollegani kanssa. Olen ollut myymässä Suomen ensimmäistä ammattisijoittajille suunnattua asuntorahastoa ja tein 7 vuotta töitä kiinteistökehitysyhtiölle, jolloin sekä uustuotanto että arvoasuntojen saneeraus tulivat tutuksi. Samaan aikaan olen myös panostanut sisustamiseen ja kolme omaa kotiani on esitelty johtavissa kotimaisissa sisustuslehdissä.Teen aina kaikkeni asiakkaitteni hyväksi, olen rehti ja rehellinen, suorapuheinen, periksiantamaton, inhimillinen ja luova. Rakastan kaupankäyntiä ja haasteita ja olen kiinnostunut ihmisistä. Olen Helsingin ranskalaisen koulun kasvatteja ja ylläpidän ranskan kielen taitoani katsomalla ranskalaisia elokuvia ja sarjoja sekä kuuntelemalla ranskalaista rappia. Toki yritän myös vuosittain käydä Pariisissa tai Nizzassa vähän ranskaa puhumassakin :)Ammatillisia innoittajiani ovat entisen kollegani poika Fredrik Eklund (Million Dollar Listing) sekä käymäni amerikkalaisen kiinteistökoulutusohjelman perustaja Than Merrill (Fortune Builders).
