Senior Creative Designer (Cluster Lead)
Current- In charge of all creative requirements of the skincare cluster brands (Estee Lauder, Origins, Clinique) of Estee Lauder Companies (ELC)- Handles a team of 6 designers working collaboratively in all design requirements.- Creation of regional templates to market localization.- Responsible for the full scope asset requirements by the brand and platform (store-in-store page layouts, product thumbnails, product display pages, social ad placements, onsite platform banners etc.)- In-depth familiarity with Lazada's asset guidelines and platform-configured web placements- Liaison between ELC regional and local markets in ensuring quality control during campaign cascades.- Onboarding new members of the team by setting training sessions with the agenda of fully familiarizing them to the branding guidelines of Estee Lauder, Clinique, and Origins.- Conducting annual appraisal/performance reviews to qualifying team members.
