Government Flight Representative: Provided in-depth surveillance of maintenance and flight operations on Egyptian SH-2F helicopters undergoing extensive maintenance at Kaman Aerospace Corporation, minimizing cost and risk to the government. Approved all company-specific procedures for maintenance, quality, safety and flight operations, and served as the sole conduit between the contractor and DCMA Hartford Commanding Officer on all matters regarding the safe manufacture, test and acceptance of government aircraft.
