Mark is the CEO of a private consulting practice, the Meyerdirk Consulting Group, Inc., he is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Collaborative Capital, Inc. an organization family offices and high net worth individual early stage investors in the Kansas City area, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Leawood Capital Mezzanine Fund, LP a mezzanine capital funding group. He is also General Counsel for RE/MAX Mid-States and Dixie Regions and of Counsel with AEGIS Professional Services. Mark serves on the boards for a number of private companies.
