This Lean Startup Accelerator has allowed me to refine and progress my tech venture "Reef" to transition from concept phase to prototyping phase. Creating a compelling pitch deck was one of the most important takeaways. Learning by doing was central to the accelerator. Developing business functions such as GTM Strategies, MVP Design, and creating substantiated evaluations backed by math are among some of the most important concepts and material covered. The accelerator provided networking opportunities with guest speakers from banking, medical, and tech industries who offered venture insights based on their experiences. Additionally, mentorship resources and connections fostered between other entrepreneurs bolstered business model development.

I worked with Ansible Automation Platform to run YAML-written playbooks to automate specific tasks that were originally manually done in APIs and other web-services. The end result were scans that would deliver results to data drives located on specific servers.

- Learned product development and management lifecycle through hands-on design projects.- Presented product propositions to cohort explaining product-market fit and KPIs.- Explored the PM job market and experiences of entry-level work.

I would assist the company's clientele with all technical, information technology-related, and source engine related issues through their support ticket system. I would communicate with other technical support agents on ensuring tickets were answered in a timely fashion. Additionally, my knowledge of FTP Software, LUA, the source engine, and website development and management grew tremendously from the experience.
