•Install and test fibre network into homes and businesses •Wiring internal and external in both houses and offices•Setting up and configuration of LAN for customers including their equipment to the specs and networking•Connecting ONT device to existing LAN networks for network compatibility•Provisioning and restoration work•Blowing, hauling and splicing of both copper and fibre both mechanical and handheld tools•Programming and configuring computer networks and fibre devices•Reading and interpreting plans•Testing, repairing and replacing faulty equipment with electronic tools•Maintenance, testing and installation of cables/wires and aerials whilst making sure that they are performing at their best levels on the network•Able to work in confined space and able to perform civil and scoping work which may include concrete cutting and reinstating, thrusting and underground work•Making sure that all network integrated machines, computers and fibre devices are network compatible, configured correctly and programmed correctly•Troubleshooting of fibre optic cable for internet and telephony•Offer day to day hands on support to service technicians•Always maintain health and safety protocols•Installation of micro ducts and ducting•Exceptional customer service and customer interaction•Managing customer experience, escalation and complaints•Work as is reasonably instructed by the Employer without limitation as to work type

Philippines

• End to end project implementation, including site survey, verification, materials delivery, installation and client acceptance.• Responsible for the activities and control of all field operatives to the requirements of the work instruction.• Supervise, inspect and provide design support during the manufacturing, installation and implementation of computer and telecommunications hardware and maintain records of all fiber cable splicing and topography.• Install all products relating to Fiber to the home, Fiber to the building and Fiber to the tower Outside Plant requirements and standards.• Ensure all field operatives comply with the health and safety regulations. Assume full responsibility for the safety and security of the existing Outside Plant facility.• May assist repair personnel to test lines, circuits and systems, isolate and clear cable faults and verify records.• Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment.• Determine the nature, cause and location of service trouble.• Inspect and test operation of telecommunication equipment.• Diagnose and locate equipment faults, adjust, replace or repair telecommunication equipment. (Example: Optical Time Domain Reflectometer, Optical Power Meter, Visual Fault Locator)• Submit weekly project status reports to the reporting managers.• Deliver project installations within stipulated time.• Follow engineering standards and work as per market engineering specifications.• Develop aerial and underground fiber route maps and execute task such as route analysis.• Assume charge of fiber optic verification and all cable route mapping activities.

Philippines

• Responsible in supervise, coaching and monitor all field technicians to ensure all Outside Plant installation are attain on time and standard.• Installation of Fiber Optic Cable (Feeder and Sub feeder) using Horizontal Directional Drilling Methodology and Aerial Methodology.• Manage inventory of materials.• Inspect the quality of work and ensure everything is within the construction guidelines.• Enforce Safety and QA/QC implementation to ensure the safety of the working place and safety of handled technicians.• Conduct acceptance testing, pre testing and submit necessary documents requirements by customer.• Overall site supervision including customer relationship under site level.• Collaborate with Project Managers to explore and develop strategies.• Submit daily or weekly report, issue escalation in time, thru emails, viber, text messages, calls etc.• Conduct project support and related trouble shooting activities during the course of the project assignment.• Delivery of projects and meet expectations within timeline• Comply with Huawei delivery methodology and LTC process.

• Plans direct materials quantity and makes requisitions thru the OCA to meet the production requirements and the set inventory level.• Follows-up delivery and monitors consumption and rejection rate in the line to avoid Parts shortages. • Maintains records of all parts, including quantity requested received and other pertinent data to close monitor availability of parts.• Maintains continuous search for improvement on standard operation accuracy, and reduction of operation cost.• Evaluate suppliers through methods such as supplier visitations, various objectives performance measurement, price performance and service performance.• Generate effective communications, good relationship and positive image with suppliers promoting courtesy and fairness.• Contact suppliers about deliveries and informing them of schedule changes whether necessary.• Calculate cost of orders and charge to proper account.• Advise management of market situation and supply base activity which could affect pricing and delivery.Department Safety Officer• Responsible in the safety and health of personnel in my department.• Conducting regular inspection of the workplace and applying and enforcing safety rules.• Conducting safety meetings/orientation in my respective area to educate the personnel on the proper and safe manner of working.• Identifying unsafe working conditions and unsafe work practices in my area and make necessary corrections.• Conducting training and leading my department personnel in emergency drills.
