∎Proactively ensures the highest level of Network and Systems Infrastructure∎Handles and understands the issues involved regarding maintenance of corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, internet access, etc.∎Manages DHCP Server that provides the appropriate IP addresses for the company devices.∎Provides support to clients and end-users both onsite and remotely.∎Works closely with Network & Server administrators for system updates and fixes.∎Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.∎Verify tier 2 and 3 technical issues with the client’s contacts and escalate the issue timely.∎Manages Mail Daemon Email Server that includes mailbox creation, email restrictions, and distribution lists memberships.∎Manages Active Directory Infrastructure that includes account creation, security group implementation, GPO editing, OU assignments, and OU creation.

∎Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, network-managed printers, and applications based on clients’ specifications and requirements.∎Performs troubleshooting on both hardware and software-related issues.∎Maintaining software updates such as Operating systems, emails, office productivity tools, and clients’ applications.∎Tracking of inventory of all equipment and documenting all movements.∎Works with clients’ IT team to ensure updates are well escalated
