Position Responsibilities1.) Requisition Engineer of Pressure Vessel (Drums/Filter) and FRP Vessel (Fiber Reinforced Plastic)a.) Preparation of Mechanical Data Sheet in accordance with project requirement/specification,company and international standards.b.) Assist in placing and executing the orders by reviewing vendor capabilities and evaluate thetechnical proposal to ensure all the requirements can be supplied and compliant to MDS andspecificationsc.) Spearheading Kick off Meeting, review vendor documents (procedure, drawings and calculation.)Spearheading Pre-inspection meeting to ensure all vendor documents are all approved priorfabrication. Response and provide assistance to vendor during clarification and multi-discipline andclient coordination.d.) Conduct an on-shop review of documents with Vendor to expedite the review processes of vendordocuments.d.) Ensure all documents are approved, compliant and approved prior to inspection and delivery.2.) Provide assistance to other disciplinea.) Engineering and Coordination assistance (Absorber and Scrubber)b.) Design a Pressure Vessel using company and international standard (ASME Div.1, API650) anddevelop General Arrangement Drawing.
