Issuing notices, & TRT report to designer to ensure the final design drawings and documents/calculations meet the Project specifications and Basis of Design, and compliance on the relevant International code & standard , and Local Authority & Regulation (SECO).Issuing RFI to the Designer to clarify some issue not cleared in the design drawing.Coordinating with the Designer & Zone E/M Manager’s for any electrical design & technical issue to be discussed and resolved.Responsible for contractor variation claims for any changes on the contract design/ specification and procedures that may cause in progress delayed.In-charged on variation order of 30 parcels for ICT system claimed due to upgraded system and specification from client, also involved and support HVAC, Plumbing, & Firefighting system variation order, as per new requirements which is not specified in the project contract and specification.Also, working in shop drawing and coordinating with the supplier and consultant.
