As Director of Systems Alignment, I wear many hats. I am primarily 3 things: 1. Director of Technology for our headquarters and for 36 senior citizen's centers centers in a 10,000 square mile area in southern Missouri. I serve as everything from help desk to systems and network management, to project management/analysis. I work with grants in this capacity as well. 2. I am the Director of Emergency/Disaster Preparedness and Recovery for all locations we serve. I serve on the cabinet of the Greene County (Mo.) Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD), meeting a variety of needs for tour area. I do disaster planning/preparedness training both locally and throughout the community, utilizing the DHSS "Ready in 3" model. I also manage physical site security. 3. The Alignment piece of the job requires me to assist in leadership in managing business scope to be sure that every new initiative stays aligned with the central mission of Working Together, Finding Options, Bettering Lives.

I installed and maintained enterprise anti-virus products and evaluated areas of risk to improve outcomes.
