Mark is a registered landscape architect with thirty years experience in Urban Design and Landscape Architecture. His background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky in Studio Art and Art Education and a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky. He served as Adjunct Professor of Landscape Architecture at the University of Kentucky where he taught sophomore and junior level design studios for eight years. His background in Art has always been a part of his practice. A creative and sculptural approach has been the signature aspect of his work. His projects have been recognized at the national level through ASLA Design Awards and National Publication. He has been responsible for eleven Award Winning Projects, several of which have been published by Landscape Architecture Magazine, the premier international journal of Landscape Architecture and Landscape Architect and Specifier News. He has served as Landscape Architecture and Planning Design Director on projects throughout the United States and China.
