Currently leading the Rail and Bus network operations team, overseeing control centre operations, Rail Traffic Control, Train and Bus service management, incident management, and performance oversight for GO & UP Operations.

Oversight of operations, maintenance and fleet aspects of strategic DBFOM procurement for GO Expansion on-corridor works, driving essential business changes to support a period of service growth and infrastructure transformation.

Led the operationalization of the Control Centre, integrating customer services, infrastructure management, safety, and security functions with bus and rail operations. This included planning for the in-sourcing of Rail Traffic Control and Union Station Rail Corridor operations.

Led the operational planning, construction requirements, commissioning, technology fit-out, and business development for a new Control Centre initiative.

Led the Bus Maintenance team overseeing a fleet of 500 single and double-decker buses, including the commissioning of new fleet. Additionally, managed the bus facility and infrastructure team, responsible for facility maintenance, SOGR, commissioning new garages, and overseeing key infrastructure such as the Mississauga Transitway.

Led the operation of Union Station during the concurrent expansion programs, including the TTC South Platform Extension, Train Shed Roof and platform improvement program, and the revitalization of Union Station facility. Managed the operational expansion of concourses and retail areas within the heritage station, overseeing maintenance, operations, retail operations, construction interface, security, and stakeholder management.
