Represented the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff in administering Department of Defense (DoD) wide safety criteria and procedures that affect the US nuclear stockpile. DoD planner, evaluator/controller for the nuclear Weapons Accident Incident Exercises (NUWAIX) providing extensive coordination, oversight and management of the administrative, logistical and personnel requirements to meet numerous interagency goals in the execution of strategic level NUWAIX exercises. As the lead EOD/WMD planner and Subject Matter Expert (SME), evaluated the accident/incident site during exercises to capture and evaluate agency and military actions, Techniques, Tactics and Procedures (TTPs) and recommend improvements to the response, render safe procedures and practical applicability of EOD equipment. As Chairman, Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal Steering Group for Nuclear Matters, managed the coordination of information and assignment of tasks between the representatives from the Army, Navy, Marine Corp, Air Force and Department of Energy by planning, scheduling, and conducting meetings for the Group. Brought extensive experience in the review and improvement of WMD and CBRNE related policies, manuals and procedures at the National and Tactical Level.
