-Responsible for infrastructure compliance with HIPAA rules in corporate and SaaS production environments including, but not limited to, endpoint protection and defense, network and data transmission security, asset management, log monitoring and auditing, permission auditing-Developed, tested, and deployed secure configuration baselines for Windows servers and workstations-Creation and ongoing maintenance of the corporate vulnerability management program using Tenable Nessus for scanning and remediation checks-Configuration and rollout (including policy creation) of Microsoft Intune MDM solution to BYOD users and corporate-owned mobile devices-Management and administration of various Microsoft Office365 security functions like Multi-Factor Authentication, administrative role auditing, and DLP policy creation and application-Active use of Splunk as a log monitoring platform for both performance metrics as well as various security indicators and incidents-Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks firewall capabilities and policies-Deployment, maintenance, and daily monitoring of Sophos Endpoint Security and Control (using the on-prem Enterprise Server) and Sophos SafeGuard whole disk encryption software and policies-Major overhaul of user workstation OS deployment using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager to allow for the utilization of new UEFI and Windows 10 security features through both new deployments and non-destructive upgrades-Business process risk analysis and management-Security and Privacy incident response-Business policy creation covering various aspects such as data retention, BYOD, and acceptable use
