I am a fun and productive IT professional who is experienced in managing the delivery of software solution for an exact business fit. I am known for my troubleshooting and analytical skills, a self motivated ethical team player who will get the job done on time and exceed expectations because I really enjoy what I do.I’ve had a long career in delivery, from my technical background to managing business/ministry customer expectations and finally creating positive change to an organisation.I don’t pigeon hole myself into technical, business or process as to succeed you need to be comfortable in all areas – i.e. you can’t transform a business without understanding technical limitations, and there’s no point deploying technology at great expense when a simple process change could deliver what is needed.I’ve also been lucky enough to experience a wide range of organisations, small and intimate (a computer shop up in Kaikohe) right through to delivery of software globally for Dell.
