Manage complete Supply Chain for 11 rigs in 4 countries (India, Malaysia, Qatar, and UAE), rigs are working with a wide range of clients including ONGC (Dynamic Drilling), Total, NDC (ZADCO, ADMA & ADOC).Directly in charge of 14 offshore Materials Coordinators, two Warehouse Supervisors, three Buyers, one Goods Receipt Clerk, one Pricing Agreement Analyst, two Yardmen, one Traffic Analyst, and four Roustabouts.Oversee all logistical operations, import/export of drilling-related equipment in/out of the various countries, to/from the rigs, and around the world.Lead the upkeep, vetting, and improvement of the local vendor pool, periodically review vendors based on KPI performance, and appropriate action taken based on vendor’s performance.Manage upkeep and execution of all vendor agreements such as MSC, MSAC, MRSC, and MHH including the negotiation of commercial aspects, and liaise with legal and risk to ensure they are implemented in a manner that protects the company.Negotiate and award contracts with vendors through pricing agreements, ensuring contracts are awarded on the best price, lead-time, and product quality. Manage all procurement through the SAP SRM module.Maintain accurate inventory onshore/offshore of all spares, was responsible for ensuring cyclical counts are performed routinely, and oversee the maintenance of critical, obsolete, and dead stock while maintaining realistic MRP/Min Max settings.Liaise with the head office in Houston. Ensure the corporate goal is met on a divisional level, and distribute and implement new corporate initiatives to subordinates effectively.Accountable for the yearly shore-based capital budget, procurement, and repair of drilling equipment to meet the rig's 3-5-year maintenance/change-out policies.
