CurrentI have set up 4TY Planning Limited to achieve a long-held ambition to run my own forward-thinking planning consultancy, which will be efficient, easy to work with and will look to develop and nurture relationships with clients, co-consultants and local authorities.Good planning involves the development of an in-depth understanding of a site, its context, its opportunities and constraints and only when this is established can a successful, optimised outcome be achieved. This is captured in the company's name with "4TY" being the suffix to my school's postcode, which is where my journey into planning really began.
