Responsible for the management of the Renault brand within the Motorline group. This includes direct people management, in a tiered structure at our Canterbury branch, of 30 colleagues with roles ranging from Sales Manager to apprentice. I also oversee the management of the Ashford and Maidstone branches and have responsibility for marketing, targeting, budgets, manufacturer liaison and report into the Motorline Board through monthly business reviews covering the entire Renault business.

Responsible for the day to day running of two dealerships incorporating Sales and After Sales departments reporting to a Board Director. My role encompassed every element of the dealership’s activities including budgets, forecasts, setting of team sales and after sales targets, site management, ROI on marketing activities, training, recruitment, colleague management, manufacturer liaison and overall profitability.

Responsible for the purchase of stock for three Renault dealerships, stock profiling, aged stock management, underwriting, deal brokering, add on sales, target achievement, staff management, training and recruitment.
