Working within a busy construction Office my role involves me pricing tenders, buying materials at the most competitive price, whilst still maintaining high quality. Contract management including finalizing all accounts, site supervision and enforcing Health and Safety Regulation e.g. CDM Regs 2015. The majority of work is carried out for Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and Consultancies in Hospitals, Health Centre, Public Buildings and Schools.

Working for one of the leading built asset consultancies, my role saw me working within the Schools Direct Team. I visited numerous building sites daily around the North West areas ensuring that the work was carried out to the drawings, specification and quality that the client expects. Also noting any Health and Safety breaches by the Contractor, resolving any technical issues on site, write weekly reports with regards to progress which I issued to the relevant Building Surveyor and produce a defects list once completed. I also designed using (Auto CAD), Procured and carried out contract administrate duties on projects under £1 million
