Interpret repair drawing produced by the manufacturer and supervise the execution of such repair.Key Achievements/Projects• Created a troubleshooting procedure for the diagnosis of the air-conditioning system and bleed leak defects on the ATR aircraft. This procedure reduced the time to diagnose air-conditioning and bleed leak defect by 50% and increased the accuracy of troubleshooting by 50%. • Trained, coached, and mentored several mechanics to acquire their Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License at the ECCAA. The coaching and training provided enabled them to acquire the company’s authorization to release the company’s aircraft to service.

This project was completed in under two years, complying with all service bulletins and mandatory modifications.
