• Responsible for all movements of stock within warehouse environment.• Overall control of all stock movements of raw materials to meet factory deadlines for production requirements.• Carry out risk assessments & manual handling assessments• Working under pressure to strict customer deadlines.• Servicing two major production halls through 5 service departments and responsible for each area, ensuring targets are met.• Responsible for all aspects of recruitment and agency working.• Working closely with outside agencies to ensure all departments are fully crewed.• Implementing training procedures for staff to help in their personal progression.• Conducting disciplinary procedures where needed & implementing improvement plans.

• Responsible for all movements of stock within warehouse environment.• Control of all buying of Raw materials onto Site• Processing all Finished Goods orders from Major customers.• Working under pressure to strict customer deadlines.• Working alongside major customers to ensure all stock is delivered into relevant Depots on time.• Working with outside Haulage Company to enable stock to be collected and distributed to correct Depots.• Weekly factory stock takes using Sage 200 systems• Working in accordance to all Health and safety regulations.

• Responsible for continual flow of transport in and out on a daily basis• Overall control of all stock movements of raw materials to meet factory deadlines for production requirements.• Ongoing responsibilities with focus on the company requirements for safe working practices and behavioural attitudes within the workplace• Auditing stocks through the supply chain.• Staff Supervision• Working to Assist Buyer in stock status and stock availability.• Quality Control Intervention• Working under pressure to strict distribution deadlines. • Responsible for Weekly Factory Stock reconciliation.• Making sure Warehouse runs according to all Health and safety regulations.• Back to work interviews and ensuring absenteeism levels are below 4.5%• Staff Training• Carry out risk assessments & manual handling assessments.• Complete safe systems of work and train staff to new procedures.• Thorough accident investigations as soon as they occur.• Behavioural safety awareness.
