As the Managing Director for Paterson & Cooke in the Nordic Region, I bring over 15 years of experience in the mining industry. My career journey began in 1995 with a four-year apprenticeship as a Tool, Jig & Die Maker at VW South Africa, where I successfully completed my trade test. Following this, I gained valuable international experience working as a pipefitter abroad for two years.Upon returning to South Africa, I pursued my passion for CAD design, earning my qualification as a Mechanical Drafter and Designer from the Academy of Draughting in Cape Town in 2001. Additionally, I am certified in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Fundamentals, and Inventor Fundamentals, and I hold a specialization in Drawing Office Management from CADCO Johannesburg.My expertise lies in CAD design and mechanical detailing, with a strong focus on utilizing Autodesk CAD programs to manage and optimize project workflows effectively.
