Responsible for the bottom line management of all primary production facilities (Air Separation and Carbon Dioxide) in Australia. This included delivering results for Safety, Customer satisfaction, Operating Income, Efficiency, Reliability. *I successfully led a multi-disciplinary team of approx 60 people with revenues of around 60M$, * Improved the business line and operating income by 3M$ in 4 years,*Achieved improvements in reliability and asset integrity, especially for 2 previously poorly performing plants*Successfully integrated new operations in Western Australia and Queensland into a national organisation

Responsible for engineering standards, delivery of projects, technical and safety audits for Australian and New Zealand operations.*Conducted process safety audits for Air Separation Plants,*Conducted incident investigation and analyses,*Issued and updated engineering standards.
