Patent Granted for Smart Fresh Air System: As an entrepreneur and engineer with over two decades of experience developing products and programs, my primary goal is to connect with the right partner to commercialize NightBreeze. NightBreeze is a smart fresh air system that automatically supplies filtered fresh air precisely when it’s needed to improve air quality and/or precool a home, bringing the outdoors in. Smart fresh air combines the advantages of IAQ monitors, Energy Recovery Ventilators and Whole House Fans. IAQ monitors alert us when the air in our homes is unhealthy, but don’t solve the problem. ERVs provide a steady, low flow of fresh air to meet health and minimum code requirements. Whole House Fans precool with outside air saving energy and carbon, but require residents to open windows, letting in dust, allergens and noise. Smart fresh air systems deliver the benefits of each of these systems to every room, through existing ducts and coordinated with any central HVAC system. NightBreeze Corp. now seeks the right partner to bring this proprietary technology to scale, enhancing the health, comfort and efficiency of countless homes and cutting tons of carbon emissions.
