Representing Tristan Capital and Lotus Group on the purchase of Junction One, Antrim and the Outlet, Banbridge, retail parks.Advising, with Wragge & Co, La Salle Investment Management on the purchase of Phase II and on the purchase of Phase I of Braidwater Retail Park, Ballymena for NILGOSC, along with the purchase of the Sainsbury's Store on Strand Road in Derry and the purchase of the Tesco Superstore on Betrim Road, Lisburn.Acting for LXi REIT in respect of the acquisition of three Priory Group care homes in Northern Ireland. Representing the Irish Football Association in relation to the redevelopment of Windsor Park, Belfast to turn it into Northern Ireland's National Football Stadium.Acting for Dalata Hotel Group as regards the development of the 206 room Maldron Hotel on Brunswick Street, Belfast. Advising McAleer & Rushe on the acquisition of the historic Belfast Telegraph building in Belfast City Centre.
