After graduating with honors from college in 1987, I worked for a computer store in St. George, Utah. Within a short time, I was promoted to assistant manager, then manager. I gained extensive experience in providing quality customer service and support.After working for 5 years at the computer store, I was given an opportunity to manage Kiwi Publishing, a yellow page publishing company in St. George, Utah. Enjoyed managing both office staff and outside sales representatives for over 5 years, gaining additional managerial and publishing experience.I then decided to start my own yellow page publishing company, called Gold Leaf Directories. Successfully operated all aspects of this company for over 20 years, until October of 2017, when I sold to Action Pages in Washington state.I now enter the mortgage industry after many years of business experience. I feel I bring excellent business knowledge to this new endeavor and I have a very strong desire to help individuals and families with their home ownership aspirations.
