I am known as a creative tax advisor and problem solver. I have a diversified practice assisting clients in developing tax planning strategies that preserve wealth for our clients that may sell a family business or assist clients in transferring a family business to the next generation. I joined elder law and estate planning law firm Futterman, Lanza & Pasculli as Of Counsel in December of 2023.On the corporate side, I concentrate on commercial transactions, including the purchase, sale or restructuring of businesses, stock transactions, mergers and corporate agreements as well as advising clients on the tax aspects of such transactions.I am a dedicated advocate who resolves tax controversies before federal, state, and local tax authorities at all stages of the administrative process, from audit, administrative appeals, and litigation, if necessary. I advise clients on estate planning that involves wills, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives. Following a death, I advise families on estate and trust administration issues including the related estate and trust administration and litigation that may follow in a contested estate or trust matter. I also assist clients with commercial and residential real estate transactions.
