I am an international insolvency and restructuring lawyer and Immediate Past Chair of the American College of Bankruptcy. My experience spans more than 40 years and includes all areas of US and cross-border financial restructuring, reorganization and bankruptcy. I represent distressed companies, fiduciaries, secured and unsecured creditors and other stakeholders, and purchasers of troubled companies and their assets, both in and out of bankruptcy court.
