Carry out the migration of the Online Home Shopping Servers from PCS to the new DMS application. This required the database to be upgraded for compatibility with DMS using Microsoft SQL Server 2008. The upgrade was carried out in tandem with an instore Engineer who physically swapped the server and tested the other associated hardware. End to End testing was then carried out and upon success of the E2E test, commissioning of the new server would go ahead. I also assisted with the training of some the other engineers who joined after me.
