I built a new Air programme of negotiated fares and incentive override agreements from scratch over a 6 month period which facilitated the company to exit from the Focus Partnership at the end of June 2019 in order to be able to manage our own commercials.I used Excel and Tableau data to monitor KPIs and provided recommendations to Operational, Financial and Senior Management on the optimum air strategy to follow in the UK.I single-handedly co-ordinated and managed a very complex British Airways JV Sales and Marketing Agreement across 5 different Business Entities.I was just beginning to really develop the programme further at the start of 2020 when the COVID global pandemic hit
