STEEL PRE-FAB WAREHOUSING SUPPLIER( SUPER- SHEDS )

Project Management :Operational :- Responsible for overall management of projects from conception to completion .- Ensure all operations are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with local Country law and project / company H&S policy- Liaison with and supervision of Q.A. staff to ensure project quality objectives are attained .- Management of project team functions.- Supervision and co-ordination of multiple contractors.- Effect close liaisons with client representatives .- Control and direction of a multi-disciplinary , multi-national work force .- Procedure review and revision if required , in conjunction with the Project Engineer .- Review project programme and update on a regular basis .Contractual / Commercial :- Ensure project team has a clear understanding of contract and applicable obligations .- Close liaison with the Q.S. / Commercial Management .- Risk analysis-development review and management of procedure / schedule .- Review and agree project measurement , cost assessments and monthly valuations .- Co-ordinate and assist Q.S. in producing claims and initial negotiations with client .- Review variation schedules and assess entitlement and income .- Assist Q.S. in ' end ' forecast as required .Project Engineering :Systems / Communications and Reporting :- Establishment and responsibility for project communications with client and sub-contractors .- Development and review project planning and programming .- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to client and senior management .- Co-ordination and preparation of project close out reports.Quality :- Preparation , development and review of project quality plans .- Compliance with corporate Quality Management Systems .- Ensure compliance with client quality objectives .- Co-ordination of project audits and initiate post audit actions .

• Preparation and development of tender packages, including specifications, scope ofwork, and schedules.• Review and assessment and reporting onsubcontract tenders / bids.• Co-ordination of all offsite related matters with regards to subcontractors.• Review of material / subcontract procurementand delivery schedules and updates.• Environmental:• Compliance with corporate environmentalmanagement systems.• Development and review of project plan.
