My CSR responsibilities are to Motorola and the CM’s associated to them. I act as the primary interface between AEI and Motorola, Flextronics, Pentair, etc... I am the face (voice) of AEI to these companies and the single point of contact. I have a wide range of duties to these accounts from the initial quotes for parts, to the processing of purchase.

• CO-Internal PM for the Business Analysis, Acceptance Testing and the System Cutover. Key User for Sales, Forecasting and Reporting. Worked closely with Roger De Haan and his team to accomplish:
• End user training for the Customer Service granule
• Aided in a customized forecasting add-in for both putting customer forecasts into the system as well as getting forecasts out for purchasing
• Putting together the Inventory Management system for multiple facilities and setting up SKU’s and transfer parameters for inventory movement
• Put together an MRP generation scheme that works well for our company
• Creation of basis work flows through multiple warehouses and facilities

Worked every where from manufcturing electronic components on a bench to product developement and design.
