Responsible for review of local train dispatch plans and Risk Assessments in accordance with Group and Rail Industry Standards, Passenger Train Dispatch and Platform Safety Measures (RIS-3703-TOM Iss5.) and in conjunction with the PTI Risk Manager, Station Managers, Conductor Managers and Local Safety Representatives.- Assessing the competence of over 140 Station Dispatch staff, Managers and Shunters.
