• In over 3 years, managed our installations (electronic anti-shoplifting systems) throughout Australia, from planning through to completion including carrying out some of the installations myself. • Liaised with builders, shopfitters, our customers, our sub-contractors and our own technicians on a daily basis to schedule, plan and complete the installations within the time constraints.• Weekly reporting to my manager and monthly reporting to our Directors.• During my time at Vitag, 90% of my projects were completed by the handover stage and the other 10% were completed by the store opening time.
