As a Creative Partner in the Food Team I work with a team to design, deliver and evaluate campaigns and projects on sustainable diets and food waste. Tracking, developing and advising on food policy, and delivering strategic communications activities.

Working with a collective of educators, chefs, writers and researchers to bring the SAPERE method of sensory education to the UK, through Flavour School - a simple learning programme for schools. Flavour School teaches children about their senses and about taste and flavour, which in turn helps them to develop confidence and curiosity about food, as a route to healthy eating and a positive relationship with food.
