Delivering Level 1 and Level 2 coaching courses to the next generation of Rugby League Coaches

Developing a player pathway for Scotland Under 19s. Working with players to develop them on and off the field. Responsible for the overall programme working with a multi-discipline team to bring the best out of the players.

Working with the Development team, I have the responsibility for our Sport England funded programmes. This includes leading on the following programmes;BUCS Active UNIversal GymRace and Equality Research

Ensuring national standards are upheld for the quality of student assessed work. As a SV I work with colleges and a schools nationally ensuring quality standards have been met from level 1 to level 3. Working on both QCF and RQF programmes.As an EE going visiting centres nationally to ensure standards are met on the level 4 HNC and level 5 HND programmes.

Leading and Managing our Employed Learning section of the business primarily working with the AEB budget in the West Midlands, Greater Manchester, Cambridge and Peterborough. Responsible for:Managing AEB budget for Employed Learning which is worth over £750,000.Curriculum design working on the intent, implementation and impact of all our programmes we currently deliver.Enaure high quality of Education within the department focusing on high quality teaching, learning and assessment.Managing P&L for the department.Managing learner recruitment for our programmes ensuring the right learners are on the right course to meet thier individual needs.

Ensuring high quality Teaching, Learning and Assesment is provided for all learners. To mentor and support trainers to improve current practice.Develop and devise innovative curriculum that meets the needs of learners and also the local areas we work within.Develop and improve practice in all areas of the business including Pre Employment Training, E Learning and apprenticeships.Work with our delivery partners to ensure high quality of provision in all our areas of our delivery.

I manage the day to day running of Sports provision at the college. Working from level 2 upto level 6. majority of my teaching takes place on our HE programmes.

Head Coach of the new St Helens Women's team who will play in the Women's Super League.

I am responsible for the running of the female student RL provision. I manage the program that runs from March - October. I lead a team of coaches, sports physios and S+C coaches. The program includes a Tour to France, 2 games against GB Teachers and also the Pankhurst Cup against the Combined Services.
