CurrentResponsible for conducting needs assessments throughout the company and developing training plans and curriculum to address business needs. I audited our new hire training programs for two of our business arms, then designed and created training materials for those parts of the company. I played a primary role in designing and creating our company employee software certification program. Our team created several hundred training resources, including videos, simulations, training guides, and other documentation. I played a primary role in getting the content finalized and then loading it into two Learning Management Systems (LMSs), one for our customers and one internal.
