It’s been 15 years since I first took on a role at the WA business my father founded, ABC Blinds. In this time I have managed the growth of the company to employ over 160 West Australian staff, and deliver customers the best quality range of indoor and outdoor blinds on the market. Working alongside my brother, I oversee all aspects of the business, from daily operations, to customer service and satisfaction, with a completely hands-on approach. My expertise includes blind, awning, and shutter manufacture, retail operations, commercial sales, supplier management, product improvements, business assessment, high-performance management, marketing and business growth.
