Set up a project looking at organisation design and process improvements across the supply chain.

During an expatriate secondment with Cadbury Schweppes I had sole responsibility for all supply chain functions in Western Australia, this included manufacturing and distribution across two sites, The operations produce and distribute soft drinks for Schweppes and Pepsi in Western Australia.

Managed two key manufacturing sites in the UK, which provided the base raw materials for the finished goods chocolate factories.

Led the manufacturing, plant maintenance & quality management modules of the largest SAP end to end business wide implementation at the time.
