Working as a Offshore Mechanical Technician contracted and part of the core crew for ODE. Covering all reactive and preventative maintenance on unmanned satellite platforms (NUI’s). Acting as HLO and HDA, Coswain & Stage 3 Crane Operator as part of my job role working within the Field Support Group covering normally unmanned installations (NUI’s) regularly acting as Deputy Satellite OIM. I have also worked as a main asset mechanic looking after, pumps, compressors, emergency engines and fire pumps, valves and gas turbines. Working as a Mechanical Technician contracted to Conoco Phillips FSG team on the Loggs platform. My main role is to keep platform generation healthy and maintain all mechanical equipment including regular Health checks and servicing. I am also a fully qualified HLO and HDA, Banksman, Coxswain and Crane Operator (Stage 2) I also have my dangerous goods by Air & Sea and coordinate platform backloading duties.Mechanical Technician part of the Core Crew on the ConocoPhillips ‘LOGGS’ Platform, working within the field support group covering the main complex and 30 normally unmanned installations (NUI’s). Working as a main asset mechanic on weathered down days and busy periods looking after, pumps, compressors, emergency engines and fire pumps, valves and gas turbines.Diagnose faults and perform remedial actions on all generation issues.Routine and preventative maintenance on all Installation power units, HVAC systems, diesel generators, pot water and sea water systems including routine servicing on plant equipment.Project/Upgrade of existing equipment.Assist on plant start-ups after planned / unplanned shutdowns.Resolve long-term reliability issues and provide alternative solutions.Install and commission of mechanical equipment.Lead helideck operations as part of HLO duties on daily NUI visits.Regular duties as a Deputy Satellite OIM

Working on all types of offshore cranes with worldwide coverage specialising in mechanical breakdowns, planned maintenance and safety inspections.Scope of work covered includes, engine change outs, hydraulic issues including pump and motor inspections and renewals, rope and sheave changes and gearbox inspection and renewals. Completing permit to work, risk assessments and relevant safety documents to ensure safety at all times.
