Mark draws on more than a quarter century of experience, primarily as a litigator, to represent clients in toxic tort cases and general commercial litigation matters. He has successfully represented some of the largest corporations in the nation, as well as individuals and small businesses, and he has appeared in courtrooms from coast to coast, recovering and saving tens of millions of dollars for clients. Alongside his litigation work, Mark also has served certain clients as outside outside counsel, handling everything from mergers and acquisitions to contract disputes to international arbitrations.
