I also specialise in contractors due diligence on tender specifications and returns.I'm a Chartered Energy Manager and a Member of the Energy Institute. A qualified LCEA thermal modeller via IES and CIBSE to levels 3,4 & 5 and a certified BREEAM assessor gives me great exposure to the latest sustainable technologies and systems. I'm also an Associate Member of IEMA, a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor and an ESOS assessor.Part of my role is developing business relationships to provide future opportunities.
