Currently embarking on an exciting journey into commercial fit-out contracting, I aim to leverage my extensive network, experience in leading businesses and making impactful contributions in my role at Rische Group.With a strong background in managing and directing businesses, I bring strong strategic leadership and direction. My prior experience with Rische Group has been as a client, particularly during my time managing Costa Coffee and Kaspas franchise brands, provided me with invaluable insights into commercial developments, which I now apply in my current position.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. I thrive in environments that challenge me to think creatively and strategically, and I firmly believe in the power of collaboration and relationship-building within the industry and with clients.My immediate interests lie in understanding how business is generated within the contracting industry. I am keen to connect with and learn from others in this field, and I welcome any advice or insights from my network.Prior to my current role, I have great experience in the insurance and banking sectors. As a mature student while working full-time, I earned a BA Hons Degree in Business Studies. Subsequently, I joined a group structure of businesses as the Finance Director and soon after Group Managing Director for a coffee franchise of Costa Coffee (then owned by Whitbread and later Coca-Cola). I successfully built a team, introduced essential systems and processes, and implemented a modern head office support function. A significant achievement during this time was securing funding for more than 20 new store openings, multiple commercial and residential property investment post-2008 lending crisis. A goal I successfully delivered on despite the challenging financial environment.Additionally, over the past three years, I have valued the opportunity to support many small and medium-sized businesses as a self-employed and small business advisor for the Federation of Small Businesses. In this consulting role, I provided legal solutions, structured processes, and facilitated connections among businesses, helping them navigate post-COVID challenges.I am excited about the new opportunities ahead with Riche and look forward to connecting with professionals who share my passion for business growth and innovation.
