I have over 19 years’ experience in team leading roles. During this time, I have been successful in overseeing the smooth running of daily operations while delivering tangible improvements in efficiency and profitability.Most recently, I have been employed as team leader/senior technical advisor at Thames Water, where I worked within the Customer Relationship department. In this role, I lead, coach, mentor and support a team of colleagues while implementing new processes and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. A key aspect of this role has involved overseeing the transition back to an office environment. While employed in this role, I was successful in delivering a monthly cost saving of over £25,000 per month.Following my redundancy from Thames Water, I am now open to work.
