Worked In the pipe coating\field joint coating Industry starting with BPCL in 1989\90 in Invergordon, Scotland. Then Moved on to Balmoral Webco in 1993. Moving on again to BPCL in 1996 where they were starting again in Field Joint Coating division. I'm sure at that time they were taken over by Bredero Price who are as we know know Bredero Shaw.From their I moved on to CCSI International based in Conroe, Texas, USA. I spent a few years their then moved back to Bredero Shaw, then in 2005 moved to OJS (Offshore Joint Services) where I am currently employed as a Field Project Manager to present date.In my 20 odd years in this Industry I have gained a vast amount of experience with a vast amount of coating application products.Anti Corrosion Coatings & Thermal Installations, Mechanical Infills for CWC pipelines offshore. Both PP & PE flame spray custom coatings also IMPP, IMPU, Densiflex 6100 mercury free systems DSAS with inter-fuse for Pu Injection, HDPF, 3M Powder Coatings, Jotun, Napgaurd, Duval, Liquid Epoxy's brush grade, Liquid Epoxy's spray applied, Polypropylene tape wraps, Polypropylene sheet application, High Impact Matt application (Flexi Matt) Aerogel, Pyrogel, GTS-PP-HSS, GTS-PE-HSS, Rachem HSS, Glass fiber, Copon LE, Achothanes, Neoprene, EPDM, 3 layer powder systems for IMPP. Various other coatings applied.
