I am an experienced Change Manager and Business Leader, with a successful track record in leading the planning and deployment of process and application changes that have delivered transformational change and contributed to significant improvements in growth and efficiency.Most recently I am working as Change Manager on the Digital Workplace programme for the Law Society using the PROSCI ADKAR structured Change Management methodology. With experience of both Waterfall and Agile approaches, transformational and iterative change projects. I have led major global initiatives for Nokia, working on both SAP 4 HANA, MS Dynamics and Remedy based projects as Change Manager involving the on-time deployment of a new Enterprise Resource Management system and Global Reactive Care process and tools, delivered to c.10,000 users across the globe.My experience includes providing broad-ranging expertise and consultancy, working closely with business stakeholders and technical providers to deliver practical solutions that use best practice and ensure no aspects are overlooked, with a strong focus on go-live preparations, use phase readiness, training and communication, and ongoing user support. From over 20 years’ in Business Management with Nokia, I have good business insight and strong leadership skills, having formed, developed and steered successful Global Support Teams, working cross-culturally, using good communication, coaching and blended training to produce strong and effective teams. I find the Change Management arena challenging and rewarding. I enjoy developing the interaction and cooperation needed across teams and organisations, enabling the merger of the people and the technical sides, and bringing about positive change.
