I have 41 years experience in the Automotive Parts profession. I am responsible for sourcing and supplying parts for both automotive shops and walk in customers. As well, I am responsible for sourcing hard to find parts. I deal with returns and warranties, as well as labour claims. I am responsible for inventory control to some degree. I also fill in for the Manager in his absence.

I was responsible for the training of staff. Eventually I worked my way up to Assistant Store Manager and, finally, General Manager. I was responsible for payroll, Human Resources, inventory control, customer satisfaction, seasonal changeover, merchandising of the store.
