Oversaw the building of new homes in the Foley, Gulf Shores, Daphne and Spanish Fort areas. Scheduled vendors accordingly , handled day to day issues as needed, met weekly with management and sales agents to update building processes on homes scheduled to close for the month, scheduled and performed walkthroughs with buyers to correct potential issues before and after closing on their home.

Worked on the thrust reverser for the A220 as an Assembler 2 as well as other positions as needed until Covid hit and took our jobs away

Performed preventive maintenance as well as handled issues as they occurred on the lead plant. A lot of stick and mug welding as well as hydraulic and mechanical work was needed to be performed to do the job. Was also on call every other week
